All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Custom neon sign orders may require additional time based on complexity and production schedules. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days

Express Shipping: 3-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

We currently ship to locations nationwide.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can assist in locating it.

8. Returns & Exchanges
