Each of our neon signs is carefully handcrafted in South Africa using premium LED neon flex and high-quality Perspex backing. Our signs are designed to offer the vibrant glow of traditional neon with improved durability and energy efficiency. As each piece is made by hand, slight variations in size and colour from the digital mock-up may occur.

Our LED neon signs are low-maintenance and built to last - up to 45,000 hours with proper use.

Size & Customization

The dimensions shown in our custom neon builder are approximate. Final sizes may vary slightly depending on the selected font and layout. In some cases, we may adjust the size to ensure the best design outcome.

Please note: our signs are delicate and not intended for rental purposes. If using a sign for a single event, please handle it with care during transport and installation.

All signs are mounted on a clear or coloured Perspex backing board, which typically includes pre-drilled holes for easy wall installation.

Every sign includes a power transformer and standard plug, compatible with regular wall outlets. We recommend placing the sign within 3 meters of a power source. Dimmers are available upon request for an additional fee.

Care & Handling

While LED neon is durable, the Perspex backing is susceptible to scratches or cracks if mishandled. This component is not covered under warranty, so we advise extra caution during handling and installation.

To minimize the risk of damage, we recommend that two people install the sign together.

Production & Delivery Timelines

Our standard production timeline is 2–6 weeks from the time your design is confirmed. Production time may vary based on current workshop capacity, stock availability, or other external factors. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

For urgent requests, we offer a rush order option for an additional R1500. This ensures your sign is completed within 14 days. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping.

Please note: once production has started, design changes cannot be made.

Shipping costs will vary depending on your location, the size of the sign, and selected delivery speed.

Safety Guidelines

Do not use your neon sign if the power cord appears damaged.

Keep all neon signs out of reach of children and avoid placing them near beds or cribs where cords may present a hazard.

Do not leave the sign on when unattended.

Our signs are designed for indoor use only. Avoid placing them near water, heat sources, or in humid environments.

Always unplug the sign before moving or reinstalling.

Handle with care to avoid damaging the Perspex backing.

Installation Recommendations

For permanent installations, we strongly recommend using a professional electrician. If you're located in South Africa, our team offers installation services for an additional fee.

For temporary setups at events or weddings, signs can be securely mounted using fishing line or clear cable ties on a mesh wall or arch frame.

For long-term placement, we recommend mounting the sign using the predrilled holes and screws, rather than relying on adhesive mounting tape.

Always ensure the sign is securely installed before plugging it in and switching it on.
